I am, the way I am

I am the way I am.
How many times have you heard some one say that?, this kind of saying they are not going to change and everything else has to change to please them. You know that won't happen, but they still won't give in to change. You might have heard it said (For things to change, You must change) so what do they mean by this?. I heard this recently as well, and I started to think about it, if you don't want to make any changes how are you going to get anything that you want. We all get to that comfort spot in our lives where we like to be.
Some of us except it the way things are and we don't look at improving our situation what ever it might be, we don't know how. Most of us fear change, its stepping in to a different area of our lives where we are uncomfortable.

So for that very reason we don't try anything new, we have a fear of failing if we try something different so we don't. We have heard stories when we where young of things that might be bad if that was done so as we grow up the stories become real in our minds. we are not aware of them because they are in our subconscious and they keep us from doing certain things. This effects us and we don't even know it, our subconscious mind takes care of this for us. Let say that we have heard, money is the root of all evil now we are going to stay away from getting to much, we don't want to be evil. This way of thinking repels us from getting ahead, there for we stay where we are and don't strive for better. But there is a way you can change this.

You need to give yourself positive points that your are doing or will do to improve your self, let me explain.
Lets say your Budgeting so you tell yourself your budgeting, not that you want to budget but that you are budgeting and do this three to five times everyday even if it's slow at first. The more you tell yourself this the more you will believe it and therefore you will start to see the change in your income. Once you believe it then it starts to work. Here is an other one, tell your self you will have a great day today (I'm having a good day today) the first thing when you get up in the morning. Even when your day isn't starting out that way,
(I've tried  it and it works) better then you may think. Depending how bad the day starts out you may have to repeat this many times, but at the end of the day your in a pretty good mood.

What you are doing is changing the subconscious mind to think positive and this will start you to do more positive things. The saying is: For thing to change, You must change, this holds true for many things in your life, as well. The main part is that your giving the I AM THE WAY I AM the heave ho, and change things you want to change. Do this with thing with in reason to start with, you can shoot higher later. Don't tell yourself that your a Millionaire on minimum wage, this just doesn't add up ( hasn't worked for me yet) you get the point.
